Delivery Service
All items will be dispatched using Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked service. This service aims to deliver within 2 working days from dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days after receiving payment. Dispatch times may vary during peak periods or for custom orders. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is dispatched. You can track your order on the Royal Mail website using this number.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or certain restricted locations.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from the nearest collection point.
Delivery Issues
If your item has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shop@moss-sidesoaps.co.uk with your order number, and we will assist in locating your package.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or lost in transit, we will investigate and, where necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund in line with Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence of the damage and will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Change of Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
The cost of delivery is £4.50, which will be added at checkout. This charge covers handling, packaging, and the tracked delivery service.

No, we never use palm oil in our soaps. Instead, we use Tallow to give a longer lasting bar that has plenty of bubbles too, without damaging the environment.
We send our orders via U.K. Royal Mail. Items will be sent 2nd class postage, we normally process within 2 working days and then Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2 working days.
Yes
